What this service is
TheLogisticsTicket.com helps trucking companies prepare FedEx Monthly Maintenance Record (MMR / form MGBA-355) PDFs from the vehicle and mileage data they enter. It is a document-preparation tool. It does not file or submit anything to FedEx on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing each generated document and delivering it to FedEx however your contract requires.
Your data, your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter or paste — unit numbers, mileage, maintenance dates and descriptions, contract numbers, and domicile information. The service flags obvious anomalies (like mileage going down), but it cannot verify your records against your actual vehicles.
Accounts and billing
One login represents one company. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual plan. You can cancel any time from the billing page; cancellation stops future charges at the end of the paid period.
What happens if you stop paying
If your subscription lapses (cancellation or failed payment), your account becomes read-only for 3 months: you can still view and download every PDF and record you created, but you can't add data or generate new documents. After those 3 months, the account locks. Your data is never deleted — it stays stored and becomes available again the moment you resubscribe.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages — including consequences of late, missing, or inaccurate maintenance filings with FedEx.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be shown in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: support@thelogisticsticket.com.
